I bought this yesterday and it arrived within 6 hours! Super fast shipping. I wanted to save money from having to book deep tissue massages in the coming months. I previously had a Homedics version for several years but our new puppy peed on it so it had to go bye bye. I was skeptical when I saw this box thinking it would be too small and trashy. Not so! It’s the perfect size to use all over the body. I started my first massage sitting upright on the couch and gently placed it under my left hip and buttock to help with tightness and sciatic pain. Perfect! It was able to dig into the muscle and give an excellent massage. I loved how it rotated both directions to really get the knots out. I did both sides and went down my legs, then moved to a painful left shoulder and upper arm area. I was actually able to gently hold it against my chest and upper arm to get into the sore clavicle area as well as the shoulder. I went to bed shortly afterwards and slept well through the night. Now at work the next day I notice my walking is better and I’m not limping once I get out of the car. My lower back is less tight and I feel like I will be able to get through the day without popping Aleve to help. This is just after 1 use so I’m looking forward to more! I’m using this item as I type and it really is a great product. I’ve been using it since yesterday and I think my favorite feature is the heating feature. It’s easy to use, it’s not heavy and you can pretty much take it anywhere. The cable is long enough. The massage quality is good. I love using it while I work (I work remote) and the pressure may be too sturdy at times but you can change the “speed” and “strength”. Overall, it’s a great product. I wanted to give this a 5 star. I got it because my back was hurting so bad and it works great. It gets hot and it doesn’t stop when u put pressure on it which is what I needed. I only have it a 3 because the cord is broken. It is damaged in 3 different places and there is even metal poking out.

Does feel good on my lower back. Especially with my lower back pain. Feels good on my neck. Turned on heat mode. But doesn't get hot. Barely noticeable. But I'm ok with that. I'm more in it for the massage. I do use this on my calf muscles. Which helps. I've used it on my upper neck. Between my shoulder blades. Mid back. My only slightest con is I can sit all the back. When this device is against my back. So I'm leaning forward. But that's just using it on my recliner. Does come with a car plug in. But haven't used it on a kitchen chair. Or my drivers seat. Yet. Durability is good. I can push back against it. And still feel it working. I'm happy with it ... show more
