The ingenious design lets you add or subtract shelves as needed, and it's jammed full of audiophile features that help coax the best performance from your AV gear. Vulcan is beautifully engineered. Its design features steel support tubes connected by threaded rods, creating a super strong and ultra-rigid rack you can assemble in minutes without the need to dip into your toolbox. You can conveniently add or remove shelves for as many as six shelves in all as your equipment needs change. Most self-assembly racks aren't very rigid. Thanks to the unique design of the Vulcan, it is extremely stable and strong in addition to being acoustically neutral. The Vulcan rack holds a system's worth of electronic components, boasting four generously sized 23.75" wide, 18" deep, and 0.625"-thick shelves. Vulcan supports up to 75 lbs. per shelf and 300 lbs. total capacity per rack. The steel floor spikes go all the way through the cones and into the bottom shelf tubes for greater strength and better energy transfer from the rack into the floor. This premium 0.625"-thick MDF shelf will hold 100+ vinyl records and supports up to 80 lbs. t features a scratch-resistant and stain-resistant vinyl covering. And it's simple to install. The Add-On-LP-Storage Kit includes one vinyl record storage shelf, four 13"-high metal support posts, and a pair of X-braces.
