My 5 star for ease of putting together might be misleading because we had an advantage of having a couple who loves all of the screws and panels to put together. So, the ease of putting together was easy for us since we didn’t have to assemble. But, I will say that if I had to out it together, it might not have gotten 5 stars, due to the work that is required, but because there are instructions that are easy to follow, it definitely would get a lot of stars. This completely elevated my living room! Very happy with the purchase. Took about 2 hours to assemble but I was taking my time to make sure I did it properly, very simple to put together just a lot of steps. I just wish the blue color for the fire was more prominent, the flames are subtle. The flames look a little fakey too but they are fake so who cares. Looks very modern and expensive!!     • Ties the room together very nicely
I will say, it was a bit of a project putting this together but once you finish it really is a great piece of furniture. I'll say tho, it's not perfect and the low price point is an ode to "you get what you pay for". The "wood" chips very easily so I'd recommend building it on a carpet if possible and then carried carefully to the room it will stay in. I dragged it on tile (stupid I know) and it immediately chipped one of the corners. The lights look amazing, not too bright but bright enough so if you wanted to run them during the day you absolutely could. Many different color changing modes which is a nice feature, all controlled by a wireless remote. The middle shelf I think looks amazing and it's big enough to fit anything you would reasonably want to store in something like this. On that shelf I currently have a stack of Xbox game cases, a laptop with a keyboard sitting on top of it, my gaming headset and a bluetooth speaker. You can easily fit an Xbox One S but to be honest the newer vertical Xboxes might not make the cut, I don't have one so I couldn't try. Overall this thing is great. Despite the wood quality downfalls I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their room. ... show more

We received our TV stand and fireplace and loved it. It took my husband a few hours to install but the instructions were very helpful. The item looks beautiful in our living room and the heat the fireplace gives off if wonderful. Here in Florida it can get cold but not cold enough to have your heat on all the time. This fireplace fits our needs and looks beautiful to boot. The play on lights contrasting the fireplace is just lovely. We did have a little snag on a clicking sound but the seller contacted me almost immediately and sent me links on how to resolve the issue. They were courteous, quick and very considerate. It does come in 2 separate boxes. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to set up. Instructions are pretty straightforward, a bit tedious to piece together all the parts. Once you get through all the small pieces , it’s a quick install to put them all together to form the whole fireplace. Well worth it. Lights up the room. Only complaint is it has a separate remote for the fireplace and the led lights. Also my Apple TV remote tries to turn on the fireplace every time we hit a button. LED harness is defective and the seller wants me to search on Amazon to find the replacement. Seriously...this is not good customer service. I need the harness replaced (see attached photo) or I need to return the Bestier Electric Fireplace TV Stand with LED lit shelves that both sides will not work at the same time. If the TV stand didn’t come out looking so great I would rate poorly. This is my second time trying to purchase this item and it’s been frustrating all because no one tells you it comes in 2 separate shipments! My first time returning the item luckily I got a call from Bestier’s Customer Service to ask why I returned the item and they were able to provide me my 2 fed ex tracking numbers for my second order of this TV stand. The scariest part is they deliver one part and mark your order as complete.
