Ordered these to replace my pads from my Osito EMS. They are slightly too large for this model so the edges easily roll up and cannot be fixed. I also find them not very sticky and cannot get more than 5-6 uses before it either loses sticky completely or the edges start to curl up and get stuck which leads to not getting the full stimulation or it continues to curl up more. I thought these would be universal for other types based off of one of the questions that were answered. They are WAYYYYYYYY too small for the hip ems trainer. I suppose they probably are fine for the ab one but not big enough for what I needed them for. Also they're REALLLLLY hard to get the sticker off them because it's cut to the exact same size as the gel pad. One side comes off easily but then the other side is a pain in the damn a** to try and take off. I gave 4 stars because I can't accurately rate without using it for an ab trainer. ... show more

I had to give it an honest 4 stars instead of 5 because as a man I don't have the nails to peel the blue slip of plastic off. It would be a whole lot easier if it was longer like the clear plastic piece instead of "cut to size". Other than losing a couple strips due to not being able to easily remove the plastic and then when I finally did it was overstretched it's a good product. ... show more

These cost way less than the pads for my Beliflu tens unit and work great. They are sticky on both sides, so I stuck them on a pair of completely exhausted pads that came with my unit, not knowing how well they would work with the extra thickness. They do seem to decrease the intensity slightly, not a whole lot, but all I do is use a higher number to compensate. Peeling off the protective paper is a bit hard, even using tweezers. ... show more

The gel pads simple don't allow for the small current to flow, and you'll feel no impulses. Sorry, but maybe the gel works better? Simply install, product does not work, and there are no instructions.

Well there was absolutely no instructions on how to properly install and remove the pads. Which for a newb like myself it's a nightmare. I installed it incorrectly at least 4 times before I figured it out. Also the gel stays too quick to your body after like 2 uses. Making you have to take extra showers ... show more
