It came with thin cushions, so I had to buy new 4" cushions to make the seat higher, but it could still use a few more inches. I even unscrewed the floor levelers to the maximum height. Ordered the set and was able to put together all but one chair that was defective. The screws were not able to engage all the way into the side of the chair in the same manner they had in the others. I emailed and called pamapic to no avail. Amazon was able to give a partial refund but replacing one chair was not an option. ... show more

1. Product arrived in 2 boxes. Chairs box is old, looks like a repackage of a returned order. 2. Half of the Chair hardwares are missing. Only enough hardware to assemble 3 of 6 chairs. 3. Chairs are crooked. I tried hard to be as finest as possible when installing (very time consuming installation process) but still crooked. 4. No customer services. Cant even ask for more hardware. 5. Disassemble to item to return. Another time consuming process. 6. The Table is decent. ... show more

Overall, I get what I paid for, so I wasn't having high expectations. Disappointed the tabletop was heavily dented, but that's probaly the shipping company's fault since I saw how they handled my package. I wanted a replacement but there's no guarantee the next one won't be dented and I didn't feel like waiting and then assemble again as we should be putting the set away for winter now. Contacted Amazon and said I would settle for a partial refund instead, just to make it a win-win situation since I only expect this set to last a few years anyways. Their policy was to offer me 10% off from original price even though if I returned it and a new one, the current price is 15% off from my original price. So, that kind of sucked a lot, but I really didn't want to go through the hassle of disassembling everything and return them, esp it's a cosmetic issue that I am willing to accept. Which brings me to the next issue I have... The table wasn't too hard to assemble but the chairs took forever since the holes don't exactly line up, and it took forever to screw everything in. In the end, the chairs are a bit wobbly but seems stable enough to sit. You also need at least 2 people to do all of this. Once finished though, it does what it is supposed to do. The set came in opened and teared box, the table was bended, the chair's parts were broken. They charged you for delivery and it would be another charge to ship it back, so smart to sell you damaged items. Over all, the quality is not great, but cheap

Terrible quality control - 1st pic, screws will not fit into pre-drilled holes, 2nd pic, chair came out of the package damaged... this product can't withstand shipping let alone in my yard with the sun, rain, storms... i can't believe they charged $400 for this poor quality product -- now I know to steer clear. ... show more
