The item arrived with only one of two plastic gaskets it should have. So, the wheel is not firmly fixed between handles. Maybe another gasket was lost during inspection at customs: box in which it came was heavily damaged.

This is a smooth, stable wheel for a good price. It's 100% non-marring and silent. The only negative is that one of the the foam grips arrived split at the end. I ordered a second one for a friend and it had the same damage. I reckon it's easy enough to fix with tape, but the packaging is probably the problem. ... show more
