I saw a review of this product so I had to buy it and try for myself. We all know, cutting an avocado can be a dangerous endeavor. It easy to slice your hand if you hit the pit during cutting. Had to chop eight avocados for a recipe. Bought this to assist. The cutting and pit removal worked well The slicing component didn't. It just made mush, rather than actually slicing through the flesh of the fruit. It is possible that if the fruit is less ripe it might work better.
