I bought two of these and after a few uses, the plastic part that adjusts the incline for the headrest is already broken and won’t hold the top up anymore. It keeps popping out because it’s cheap plastic and not sturdy enough to hold the metal bar used to adjust the incliner I just wanted to update this review. After posting the review, the company got in touch and totally worked to make it right. They were very responsive and quick and sent out a new chaise. Hopefully it holds up better than the last one. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase because they won’t leave you work a defective chair. They will work to fix the problem to your satisfaction. I originally bought two and only had a problem with one so maybe it was just that one. ... show more

The item had a bent back bar and would not lock in all positions. The lack of a manufacturer sheet, heavily and amateurishly taped box and general beat up condition of box indicated the item was not new but was used and previously returned as defective.

Comfy chair for tanning. Only issue is lifting the back. It's very difficult to push the bar in the notches to lift the back a bit. If you get the bar pushed in on one side you're lucky. Only way I can have the back lifted is straight up which I hate.
