Love the extra plug options for my coffee bar. I can still have the under counter light plugged in along with coffee maker and milk steamer, plus there are two C charger plugs and a standard USB. I also like that it's not one of those plugs that is massively larger than the plug cover. I bought a second one to pack in our luggage. I think this is a great outlet expander. You can screw this in to the original outlet cover location to keep this stable and not fall out. It uses one outlet plug for power, and a plastic piece to plug into the other outlet's ground for stability. It's great that it has more outlet capability but be warned that the 4 extra outlets are on the side of the device and they don't include the ground pin. I suppose that is fine since most plugs I use don't use it but it is disappointing they are not full plugs. It does still provide 2 plugs that are full size plugs. One other item I am concerned about is that it uses only one plug for the current draw. I suppose it is fine since one plug should be able to supply 15A. I would have preferred it shared both plugs in parallel to distribute the current draw across both plugs. The charging ports are nice. It has 2 USB-C and 1 USB-A outputs.     • Finally... a solution to my cable problem
My studio has a ton of items running power off of two outlets. Guitar amps, speakers, lights, a camera, keyboards, midi devices, the list goes on. And i've always had a hard time getting them all plugged in at once, or even getting what i'm USING plugged in. This is a perfect solution, especially since a handful of my devices run off of usb power. While this doesn't provide any extra grounded AC plugs beyond the two it covers up, it does offer two extra non-grounded plugs on each side for a total of four extra, as well as two usb-c and one usb-a port. All of these are overcharge/overload protected with UL certification (since i am not plugging ANYTHING into my wall that isn't UL certified, especially with the kind of draw my studio uses). The entire housing screws into the center plug screw to keep it from falling out, and it's been solid since the day i stuck it in there. All of the USB plugs seem to be quick or semi-quick charge, and provide more than enough power for what i need, and the AC plugs work great. Definitely helps me keep my studio powered without dangerous extension cords. ... show more
