I received the swing and it looks great. I stained it before I put it together and it looks beautiful. However I was unable to finish putting the swing together as it is missing one of the chain rods. This is the long pin that holds the chain through the front leg and to the bottom of the bench seat. I have attempted to contact the seller but there is no e-mail, phone number that I could find to request the missing part. As this part if specifically designed for this swing, I am unable to make a hack to make it work. A great waste of time and money. Update. Seller contacted me and is sending the part. Their response was very fast once I was able to get in touch with them. Changing my review to 5 stars. ... show more
