The tent itself was made poorly. The weight could hold 3 dogs, however only had it for a few weeks and it already caved in. I bought the XL and honestly going to Home Depot to get sturdy steel polls etc. The mat itself is sturdy just not the assembly poles. My tent already broke on the side so need to find a replacement ... show more

I purchased this tent for my dog because our yard lacks any kind of shade and I wanted him to be both cool and relaxed as the Summers continue to get hotter and hotter. He seems to enjoy being inside and under the tent. I was a bit nervous about purchasing the medium sized tent because it looked a bit too small for him, but it fits him perfectly fine. Before I assemble the tent, I did noticed that one of the hooks was bent and was worried about it not properly holding the tent in place, but so far I have not ran into any issues with it.
