I love that I can put my face down and put my arms through to read on my stomach! The only thing I don't like is that the foot part only goes straight out, would be nice if it went to the ground when on your back.

I am 5’5” and it is the perfect lengths for laying out. I can fully extend comfortably and my legs are still on the bed and my face fits in the hole. If you are over 5’7” it might not feel as comfortable and your feet may hang off
