Needed this as an extra bed It did come out of its packaging, and it did fluff up. No complaints there. Took the dogs a long time to accept it and use it. Now they are pushing each other to see who can get to it first. Trick was that I wrapped it with one of their favorite blankets. Now they own it.

Our puppy is rough on the bed. He scratches it and bites it where he’s yanking it around. But it still looks great and holding up! I was very impressed since he was very aggressive with it. It popped up and became full within the 24 hours (less than) just like the package said and is super comfortable for him. Highly recommend. The only thing I wish it had was a little bit more slide resistance on the bottom since he’s a nut and runs onto it fast and rams into things. ... show more

We have tile floors and my biggest pet peeve is the bed doesn't stay put. I do not think it will last an insanely long time, but it's better quality than others I've had in the past. Keep in mind my dog is a 65lb Dalmatian with a ton of energy. He's chewed on it a couple times, but been yelled at immediately and it does have some small fraying from that. I haven't had to wash it since my dog is pretty clean, but I don't think it would hold up in my washer/dryer. I would guess after a few washes it would need to be tossed. I I bought two of these. I have two dog pens one is for a pitbull. The other is for three small dogs. They are both very comfortable. They enjoy laying on their bed now. Harley loves her bed and will lay on this willingly every night as opposed to sleeping with me. I'd love to let her but this dog will push me out of my own bed lol. We've had it for about 2 months and so far no issues have arose.

Great dog bed - our dogs love the dog bed! We are in a warm climate so it is perfect (not a big fluffy bed). The company also offers EXCELLENT customer service when we had one have a seam issue. They are warrantied for 2 years! I highly reccomend this product and this company.

So I got this last night. First, it's not as thick as the picture looks. Second, part of the foam is so compressed that it doesn't seem like it's going to expand. Like maybe it was heat damaged or something. Third, if it doesn't expand in the next day or so I'll be returning it despite the fact that my dog likes it. My 3 stars is strictly for the fact that it's a decent bed (if it expanded properly) for the money I paid for it and because it made my dog happy. Otherwise I would have given a 1 star. ***update*** It's been a few days since receiving the bed and that one side has yet to expand. I think its a hit or miss product. Maybe it was in its packaging too long or was exposed to too much heat? My dog still seems to enjoy it, so I'll keep it and buy another bed later on. ... show more

Beds are fine, just not as thick as I expected. Maybe the thickness was listed and I missed it? I'm sure the dogs won't care. One has arthritis in his hip/leg joint so I was hoping for a softer, thicker bed.
