I am a true believer in the efficacy of the product. I've gifted it to my siblings and have heard positive things. This time, the product came with a broken tamper seal. I attempted a refund request but the Amazon app didn't allow the refund. Please help me receive a product with an intact tamper sticker. Far less important, the box was wrapped only partially in the bubble wrapper hence the slightly torn corners.
