Ortho® Home Defense® Insect Killer for Indoor & Perimeter Refill2 kills common household bugs such as ants, bees, beetles, centipedes, cockroaches, crickets, fleas, flies, millipedes, mosquitoes, moths, spiders, stink bugs, ticks, termites, periodical cicadas, and more (as listed). This insect killer creates a bug barrier of up to 12 months protection (against ants, roaches and spiders indoors on non-porous surfaces) to provide long-lasting results. In addition, the Invisi-Shield Technology formula gives off no fumes, dries clear, and dries fast. Use Ortho® Home Defense® Insect Killer for Indoor & Perimeter Refill2 anytime as a preventative treatment or after you see evidence of insect activity for long lasting-control. Apply with confidence indoors (kitchens, bathrooms, doors and windows) and outdoors (perimeter of foundations, patios and decks, garages) wherever insects are a recurring problem. For indoor surfaces, hold sprayer 12 inches from surface being sprayed and apply a 4 inch wide band along the interior of the home in areas where insects are a recurring problem. Area should be sprayed until slightly wet without soaking. For perimeter treatment, also hold sprayer 12 inches from surface being sprayed and apply a 12 inch wide band along the exterior of the home.

I couldn't get a better deal on this product, as I got 2 gallons for less than the cost of one. This is my go to bug spray for all bug control throughout my place. I've had a home from 4,000 sq ft to a condo of 900 sq ft & it has always done its job. I treat my home every 6 months. It keeps most bugs away. But those ants are really hard to get rid of. I have to treat the areas that they come from about 2-3 times before they start to go away. Also this kills as you spray & takes effect right away. ... show more

It'd be appreciated if wording about product stated *VERY NOTICEABLY* (i.e., in CAPS, in bold, in RED, in bold with a border) in the title as well as somewhere in the first few sentences of the description THAT THERE IS NO HOSE NOR SPRAYER. You must understand that if a product is a refill, I believe that the general public will not immediately & automatically jump to the conclusion that they have to provide their own sprayer. As a professional courtesy, it would also be considerate if it was mentioned SEVERAL TIMES. [Just a suggestion for selling refill bottles... I think it'd be MORE PRACTICAL to have one bottle with a sprayer and the other without. Just saying.] ... show more

This product is the truth. It works for months. It did not eradicate the bugs completely but it does lessen the number. Warning you are liable to see dead bugs months after you initially spray indoors. The smell is pleasant in my opinion. I also spray outside my home and it works.
