My hair has needed a little umph lately and I heard really good things about this product. I’ve only tired one other Oribe product and like it so I thought I’d research more of the line. . After some research, I decided to try it. It’s worked wonders! I use it on damp hair and then blow dry and style as usual. I’ve had a hard time with other hair oils because they weigh down my hair, and make it too oily to style. This is NOT the case with this. It actually helps hold the style and curl. My hair looks and feels so healthy, shiny and soft. I will be buying the bigger bottle because I’ve seen such a difference in my hair. I’m not a daily hair washer and this has helped keep my hair from getting too oily and dirty to where I haven’t even had to use dry shampoo on the non wash days. This hair oil is top notch. I have tried all the cheap and midrange ones and this one by far is better. It helps your hair shine naturally not shiny like the oil itself. So expensive but probably the best hair oil I’ve tried. Makes my hair soft. If you’re willing to spend a lot it’s a good choice but there is definitely cheaper options that get the job done

Does what it says - shine without the greasy, weighted look. That being said, there was no dropper on this to control the amount dispensed. It was just this plastic tube connected to the screw top and basically it just drips onto your palm and everywhere else. Very hard to control the amount you want to apply. I have shoulder-length blonde hair extensions that are dyed, in addition to a keratin treatment. Though my hair is finally on its way to being healthy, I suffered from severe damage and breakage for a long time after years of heat styling my hair and bleaching it light. I've tried every popular product you can think of, some in the hundreds of dollars. So believe me when I say that this oil is worth the money and should be purchased by anybody with damaged, frizz-prone, unruly hair that needs a pick-me-up! I use Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo & Conditioner in addition to the hair oil, but the hair oil is by far the most effective product in my routine. This stuff smells like a salon product and goes on lightweight. It doesn't have a greasy feel or weigh my hair down, which is nice because I have thin hair that picks up grease quite easily. I use it on my hair when it's wet and dry and it makes it so soft, manageable, and frizz-free whether I air-dry or heat-style. It also gives hair an incredible shine — they aren't kidding calling it "gold lust" because my blonde hair literally looks like shiny gold after styling it when I use this. I have been buying this hair oil for years at my local salon. They happen to be out of it on my last visit. So I ordered it on Amazon. Part of the reason I love it is the Oribe fragrance. The bottle that came has absolutely no sent. So disappointed.
