The media could not be loaded. This trampoline, so far, has everything I had hoped for! The rim to secure the net around the top so you don’t have a sagging net, nice thick spring padding, comfortable ladder, pumpkin shaped poles and durable zipper! Other trampolines like it were at least another $100+ on price, so I feel like this was a great value for the cost. It went together fast- very easy assembly! The only thing my husband struggled with was how to tie the net down around the base of the trampoline- our old trampoline used a cord that weaves all the way through. This uses clips. Make sure you check the pictures online or the video if you’re puzzled by the clips! But my daughter figured it out in a few minutes just by looking at the design. The whole unit appears very durable as both my husband and I have jumped on it now, and all the kids enjoy it. WARNING for trampoline owners: if you have leaves fall onto your trampoline (or any other potential slippery objects) sweep them off before you allow kids to jump. It was much more slick than we anticipated and my son slipped and broke his tibia jumping into the leaf piles. We have three kids, ages 2, 7 and 9 (the oldest two are boys). Anyone that has boys know they need as many ways as possible to get wiggles out! I’ve been wanting them outside more and on those screens less so got them this trampoline. This is the biggest one you can get that I know of and it is BIG, which is great! This seems like a high quality trampoline to me. Unfortunately we had a wind storm after we had this set up for only two weeks or less. Winds were up to 100 mph and it damaged many of the screws and bent 3 of the net poles. I contacted customer service and interacted with Khloee. I was informed that wind storms exceed the warranty but she gave me a fair price to replace the damaged poles and hardware and got them shipped out to me and received in 3 days which was outstanding. I am grateful for her help and how pleasant my interactions were with her. We also bought a heavier duty screw in anchor system with tie straps and that held the trampoline down during the storm. The “U” shaped “anchors” that come with the kit do not seem substantial at all, just FYI. The net, Mat and trampoline frame did not sustain any damage from the storm thankfully! ... show more

Kids love it! We bought the same one about 6 years ago and had to replace it recently because a tree fell on it. That other one held up excellent and we are very happy with it

    • We looked long and hard for a good quality, affordable trampoline
We finally settled on this product, held our breath, and bought it. That was on April 24th, 2019 and am writing this review nearly 3 YEARS after buying this trampoline. You can click on my ID and see that I do not write hardly any reviews on products, but this story had to be told. We had no idea at that time, but this product and this company - especially the customer service rep named Pearl - exceeded our expectations in every way. Our friends had bought other brands that were less expensive but they didn't last. This trampoline has provided untold hours of fun for my kids over 3 years, and has even survived being blown and tossed across 2 acres of land and into a highway during a near tornado level thunderstorm with hail and very high winds. It was damaged, but amazingly still intact. Ands that's where Pearl came in. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I emailed the company through Amazon and told them what happened and Pearl responded back right away and said she was so sorry to hear what happened and would be happy to help me get the parts I needed to repair it. She sent me a parts diagram and I made my list. She then replied back and APOLOGIZED that they were going going to have to charge me for "some" of the parts I needed as their warranty didn't really cover damage by storms! Of course it didn't- whose warranty does? So I sent her the list - we needed some springs, new poles, foam insulation, and all the mounting hardware. Within 24 hrs Pearl replied back to me with the cost, again apologizing that they had to charge me. So I looked over the bill and my jaw just dropped--INCLUDING SHIPPING it came to....ready?....55.00. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS....are you kidding me?? I couldn't take my family out to lunch for that. I will stop here and end just by saying that if this trampoline ever does finally die, I know where our next one is coming from. This product and this company have really gone above and beyond. Thank you again, Pearl - for everything you did and for the smiles that are now back on my kid's faces! ... show more

    • Easy to assemble
Easily assembled and directions are clear enough. The only downside was having to basically sew the bottom part of the netting to the actual trampoline frame. Total assembly for the trampoline was less than 45 minutes,, and the netting was probably 2hours. Overall it seems to be a quality product.
