Works best if you’ve gotten imprints made of your teeth so that the gel gets into all the spaces in between. The 15% gel is much better for sensitivity, just make sure to wipe any excess off your gums after application before you wear them for the duration of your whitening session. I do it for an hour a day for about 2 weeks. It’s usually good for 6-8 months before I whiten again. Keep in the fridge to get the most use of them. ... show more

I was surprised that the instructions for the recent opalescence I received allows 4-6 hrs. of tray wear time. I wondered if I would have any gums left. The gel was not sensitive and I left it in my mouth 1 hour. My teeth are not discolored or need a complete whitening. Just a little brightening every couple of months. I purposely got the lowest percentage knowing I’ll be whitening over night. There was very little sensitivity and that only started on the 3rd day of use. The taste is a nice minty flavor

Don't know if I got a bad batch or not, but this doesn't work as well as the Opalescence Go pre-loaded trays. They appear to be genuine, sealed product but neither has the mint flavor nor does it appear to work as well as the Go product.
