I've had several small speakers for my Kindle, laptop and phone. This by far is the best one I have ever had! It charges quickly, is light and easy to handle, , no cord or headphone jack neededconnects to bluetooth seamlessly with a great reach AND has great sound. There is no static, no crackling, the tones and sound is great for such a small speaker regardless of listening to music or an audio book. I had turned to my earbudsd when outside because of the difficulties I was having with my speakers, cords and sound. Earbuds are great except when they keep falling out into the flower bed you're weeding. I bought the red so I always knew where I set it down. I love the cover on the charging area as it protects the plug from dust and bugs when outside. I haven't gotten it wet but I'm pretty sure the design is perfect if there is an unexpected storm or my mister catches it. I can have my music softly playing outside now when enjoying my backyard and louder when cleaning house or doing dishes and truly enjoy it. It was perfect when listening while grooming my furbaby. The battery seems to have a long life, so far it hasn't gone dead one time. I plan on buying another one, different color inside, and maybe even some as Christmas gifts.
