The bed is great. Although I will say I had to place a ottoman underneath the foot for over a month for it to stay up. I just removed it yesterday & everything was fine. The chair however broke in half after me having it for 3 months, in the midst of me servicing a client.

    • The foot and head will not stay up. Falls down no matter what I do.

The media could not be loaded. The head and foot DO NOT STAY UP! No matter if someone is on the chair or not it keeps falling down. It’s a slow steady fall. Forget it if unoccupied, the head falls down flat and the feet lower. It’s not attractive to your business. I am requesting a full return!

I kinda just assumed this chair would spin since it had other cool features and didn't double check (my fault) but it's super inconvenient for a chair of this size and weight to not spin or not be on wheels. I have to awkwardly push it around when switching clients or placements.

I purchased this product a year ago, and overall am very satisfied with the use and function of the chair. However, this chair is less than one years old, I always use a protective cover with every client and it still managed to rip at the seams. I reached out to the company, asking for information on the warranty, considering that it’s less than a year old and a possible replacement. The company offered $40, this does not fix my problem nor does it put a dent in having a buy another $500 chair to replace this one that is less than one years old. I’ve asked them for just a replacement part with no resolve. Overall, the chair is great. I would just consider a different vendor that stands behind their product. ... show more
