I love this product! It tastes great, and almost reminds me of an orange creamsicle. Being able to take it just like a Pixy Stix makes it super fun and easy to work into my daily routine. I keep it in work bag just in case I want a sweet pick-me-up in the middle of the day.

This is a 30-day supply conveniently divided into single dose sachets. The instructions just say to use one per day. I wasn’t sure if it meant to dissolve into water or pour directly into your mouth. After a little research online, I found that you do just pour the powder into your mouth. The powder
is fine & dissolves quickly. The taste, surprisingly, isn’t bad. It’s a lemon/lime citrus flavor that I’d compare almost to lime sherbet but not as sweet. It’s familiar but I can’t quite pinpoint it. It’s easy on your stomach & I haven’t had any adverse reaction. No nausea, bloating or gassiness. I have a very sensitive tummy & was very pleased to find it didn’t bother me at all. On the contrary, I believe it has decreased bloating some. I was taking this during my monthly cycle. I noticed I didn’t feel as bloated & my stomach didn’t look as swollen. As for the “beauty” aspect…it does say to see sufficient changes you must take for a couple of months. With just the 30-day supply, I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin. Although, my hair is shinier. About 2 weeks in, I started getting a lot of compliments on how healthy my hair looked. Not having made any other recent changes, I can only contribute it to this product. I imagine given more time you might notice other benefits. This of course can be different for everyone depending on their lifestyle & habits. I believe it works as it’s intended. Had minor gastrointestinal improvements & shiny hair. I wouldn’t say it was enough to encourage me to purchase a regular monthly supply, as it’s a bit pricey. I have had similar, satisfactory results from other products I’ve tried that aren’t as costly. They could limit the contents to just the sachets to be more cost effective. Or have them sold inside the cardboard cylinder & eliminate the other materials. They’re split into 3 packets of 10 sachets….why though? I actually do like the included container. It eliminates the need for extra storage or throwing them loosely in a drawer, but it also isn’t necessary. They’re small enough to toss into your purse or pocket if you need to take them with you. I do like the product. I love the simplicity of having beauty benefits & probiotics in one. Noticeable improvements, just very minor. Might could expect major changes given more time. For me, it’s not enough to warrant purchasing regularly 🤷🏻♀️.

I have been taking it for almost a week now, once a day. It has a pleasant taste, and no gross aftertaste. What I love the most is how convenient it is for my daily routine. It is a great option as a multivitamin probiotic!

These energy probiotic packets are not half bad! You can either add them to your favorite drink or take it like a shot of powder. The flavor is pretty subtle so it’s not terrible either way. I can tell that it provides a small boost in energy, but it won’t wake you up if you’re getting the afternoon
slumps. It’s more like a boost of focused attention. The probiotic portion is hard to tell, but I could feel that I was less bloated the day after I took a packet. Not bad!

I've had skin issues all my life and have taken many steps to help the situation and after finding this product I think I may have found a staple in that effort. There is and I hate to leave on a sour note but it is a bit expensive. So, forgo some of the other stuff and make it cheaper on yourself.

packaging was great but i didn't realize it has fish and eggs in ingredients-definitely a fishy aftertaste mixed with fruity taste unfortunately i wasn't satisfied

These sticks taste good, no aftertaste. You can eat the powder like a candy or mix it in a drink. I mixed it in a drink as I don't care for a mouthful of powder. It mixed pretty well, but required quite a bit of mixing to get the clumps out. This pack was only a 10 day supply so I can't say if it wor
ks or not. The packets make it easy to take on the go, as you can keep it in your bag.
