As has been (more or less) typical for my years of Amazon experience, arrived on time and with no fanfare. The headlamp has been amazing. Got a month or so ago now and it’s been through hell. It is durable. That hat has hit the concrete and found all sorts of things to bounce off of on the way down - hasn’t skipped a beat, didn’t even turn off. It’s not the lightest and IMHO that’s a good thing. It ain’t like hauling a Brinkman on there, but you know you’ve attached something, you adjust. If it’s an issue, this one ain’t for you. The settings, brightness and array are all top notch. I haven’t had to use all of them, but the ones I have are very useful and reliable. The brightest output is almost never needed, but quite handy to have when it is. The elasticized strap is durable and has a great range for adjustment. The holder is interesting. At first I thought it would be a weak point, but no. It is definitely a strength - so far. It’s flexibility and design makes moving it around (if necessary) a breeze as is taking it in and out. It’s not stiff, it’s soft but seems durable. Let’s see what a year does. At this price point, all things considered, it would be a little letdown if after a year the light is still incredible, but you can’t use it on your hat because the holder has broken. Of you can get 3+ years or more outta this thing it will be a home run. So, atm, it’s tops - but I don’t intend to go easy on it, I’m rough. Overall, this has been a great purchase and I anticipate it to continue to impress me. 👍 ... show more

Bright for a little light. Magnet works good, can stick it to metal and it’ll hold itself. Headband comes in handy as well

The media could not be loaded. Great light. Super bright but doesn’t have to be super bright. For a flashlight it has a lot of settings and options and it’s all controlled with one button, I honestly put it aside after I got it because I didn’t care to mess with re-learning it every time I picked it up. We want our flashlights quick and don’t want to think about it but it’s really easy after using it consistently. It’s a wonderful companion, I plan on grabbing some of their weapon lights in the future so the charging will be super convenient (they use the same magnet charger). The headlamp to just a handheld light is so so nice. Super high quality build. Awesome for multiple purposes. I can see the top of pine trees at midnight no problem. ... show more

I absolutely love Olight and all of the lights I’ve bought from them. It’s super bright (obviously) and so easy to change with the magnetic charger. I work in theatre so it’s so nice to be able to turn it on and just stick it places with the magnet. The battery life is incredible, I always charge it even before it needs it because I’m like, “surely it needs to be charged now”. Absolutely recommend for people who work in the dark who don’t always have an extra hand to hold a light but also don’t like headlamps. I don’t really use the headlamp strap, it feels a bit heavy to be a headlamp to me. I use the clip all the time and it still feels sturdy and springy. Definitely recommend. ... show more

ive used this light for just under 2 years in hvac field. to be fair, its been dropped and has had its fair share of abuse. the light is super bright and the battery lasts for a long time. the charging is super nice. just throw it in the cup holder and the magnetic charger will find it. The base finally gave out and does not connect charging anymore, the positive terminal spring broke and the silicone button stopped working. I like this light but i suppose my expectations are a bit high. i was hoping this light would replace my unkillable stinger streamlight but it hasnt. This light is probably a very suitable fit for light use. still a good light and would buy again if the price tag wasnt as high as it is. ... show more

I already had a flight weapon light, so I figured I would give the headlamp a go. I gotta say, I am impressed. It is really solid and feels great. Setup is straightforward. It has a bunch of settings for brightness and also has an automatic SOS mode. The headlamp is a bit heavy and large, but it doesn't matter a whole lot. Fits over helmets and such. Overall, I liked it. Some cons: The clip is hard to remove and has to come off to put it in the headband. Quite a large headlamp and is heavy, you can notice it but get used to it ... show more
