The bike arrived with several issues, including a damaged tire and rim, and a faulty display. When I reached out to customer service, their responses were slow and repetitive, often failing to address my concerns directly. Despite providing clear evidence of the damage, they insisted the crack in the rim was just a weld mark, which was not the case. This not only compromised the safety of the bike but also my trust in their product. The repair costs quoted by a local bike shop were significantly high, and although the company initially promised to cover these costs, they later backtracked, claiming the estimate was unreasonable. Their constant delays and excuses left me frustrated and without a functioning bike.Additionally, I was falsely informed over the phone that my return would not be accepted, contradicting Amazon's return policy. This misinformation only added to my frustration and further delayed the resolution. my experience with this company has been terrible. They have been unhelpful, misleading, and have failed to stand by their promises. I do not recommend purchasing from them and will be escalating this issue with Amazon to seek a resolution.

Hey, if you live way out of the city in the country like me, then a head lamp is an absolute must. This light lets you see your future! No kidding, it's bright as hell with a very tight beam that shines out every bit a far as they say. I love the two batteries. They last a goodly amount. I've charged both of them and haven't even used the second one yet. The lights I was looking at that would equal this one are upwards of400 dollars. It can easily be mounted onto a hard hat if that's what you would need for hunting. But I love it and I intend to get my wife one as well. Thanks so much. ... show more

I ordered this light to go frogging. I liked the idea of having seperate batteries, not having to worry about tripping over wires in the boat. Both batteries came fully charged, but I topped them off to make sure. These lights are absolutely workhorses, and very bright. I feel like the battery life is incorrect on it though, I ran the light all night frogging from 9pm to 4am and the battery still showed 100%, so maybe the percentage light isn't correct, but not a big deal for me. Only thing I would change, the colored lenses you can put on, are extremely hard to take off, it gets stuck on the ring that holds the glass on the light, and ends up unscrewing the lense. So keep that in mind if you are going to be using the lenses. ... show more
