Smaller than I expected but took 5 mins to install. Very bright considering the size. It does not dim but comes with the on/off switch so it can be kept plugged in. It is very cute and lightweight and now I want another one, perhaps in purple. Showed my coworkers and they loved it. I was even able to read a book with just this light on.
