This product is AMAZING!!! I was afraid it wouldn’t detangle my long hair. It’s about armpit length. (That sounds gross but you know now.) but after one use, it was so easy to comb through. Also, with hair this length, I only have to use about enough shampoo to equal the size of a quarter or LESS. wow!!! Compared to other shampoos this is crazy talk!!! For the conditioner, I use maybe the amount of a half dollar. These bottles, even though they are small, will last quite a while. I also noticed WAY fewer hairs breaking off when I wash my hair. No more clumps that will go into the drain. Just a few. And my hair looks so much better. Much healthier. I have only been using the product for a week and I am SOLD. 100%. So much so, I bought all the other Olaplex products. If you’ve ever considered this but the price held you back, think about this - you will use the smallest amount you have ever used in your life. I was a little skeptical that a pricey shampoo could be different from a box store shampoo. My hair breaks easily. Therefore I always have frizzy hair. I wash my hair every 3 or 4 days. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it. And I'm a "senior", so my hair has gotten drier with age. Imagine my surprise when after 3 washings, I looked in the mirror and there's no frizz! I haven't done anything different except change shampoo and conditioner. I've only used the hair protector #3 once, because frankly, it's a pain to spend so much time on my hair. The shampoo takes a small amount to suds up. (I have a bob that is chin lenght.) And the conditioner takes a little bit more, but while it's doing its stuff on my hair, I'm shaving and washing up in the shower. I haven't noticed any smell, good or bad, from the product. It's neutral. After 2 months of using it, I recommend Oraplex. There IS a difference between cheap and pricey hair products. ... show more

Postpartum hair breaks suck. But this product doesn’t suck. It is a life saver for my hair. I don’t use it every wash but every other wash. I have noticed that super smooth and strong feeling in my hair after using this. I use this then use my Redken conditioner after the olaplex shampoo and conditioner and notice amazing results like that. It really keeps the breakage down. ... show more

This product was recommended by my salon. My hair has been looking tired and needed a much better product. Love the way the shampoo smells, conditioner is thick but goes on light and does not weigh my hair down. From my first use I could tell a difference and my hair was getting softer. I find it hard to use the one step prior to shampooing but can only imagine the results if I used it more. Was worried about the size but the shampoo goes a long way don’t need a lot, wish I could say the same about the conditioner but it’s not that bad unless you have long or a lot of hair. If u have dry brittle hair, this will solve it. My hair has never been so shiny and mostly in great health. I do wish it was a little cheaper, so I watch for sales and buy separate on subscribe and save. You will not regret buying this shampoo snd conditioner.

I use the Olaplex line exclusively since I’ve started bleaching my own hair and I genuinely think it’s the only reason my hair hasn’t fallen out. It’s actually soft and my ends don’t split easily.
