I ordered this because I liked the 50’s vibe and natural elements to its look. That plus, it fit in the spot I wanted it to. It is heavy and was difficult to lug in the house and, naturally I wouldn’t wait for the muscle to get home. I am independent you know. I think I pulled a muscle. Anyway, it took about 3 hours to put together. Would have been less if I had a microscope to examine where all the holes were on each piece. It is painted which is good cuz I have cats and those little rascals already think it’s their cat tower. Wonder if their actual cat tower will get any use anymore. I’m gonna need paint. All in all, I like it. Would have given it five stars if it came with a magnifying glass. ... show more

We have been trying to decorate our house with mid-century modern and have a lot of both old and new pieces. I saw this and loved it but was hesitant because the last piece we bought (not mid-century and not from this seller was a piece of crap). After looking at it several times I gave in and ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition. It is probably the only put-together-piece we have ever ordered that did not have something missing or something wrong with it. It did take hubby 3 hours to put it together but he likes to study things and takes his time. Everything fit well and no hardware was missing. The doors didn't even need adjusting. So proud of this piece. If we had bought a similar item in a furniture store it would have cost $800-1000. Will keep an eye on this seller for more goodies and we need them. ... show more

I loved putting this together. it took me about 2 hrs to build it and the kit was very well made. they had everything included except a phillips head which doesn't make any difference to me. I love how this looks and they thought of all the tiny things. when I unpackaged it and put it up against the wall. I was also building it starting with the last piece that I stacked up so it made it easy to grab the next piece. Very happy with this and it looks better in person. ... show more

I bought this for a new house and was the only piece of furniture that took longer than an hour to put together. It is absolutely beautiful and sturdy.
