  • Easy to Print, Low Temp PETG. My new Favorite!
Color: Petg-1kg Black Style: PETG
The media could not be loaded. I’m not quite sure how, but Creality have made PETG almost as easy and reliable to print as PLA. If you have an Ender or any printer using PTFE tubing in the hot end, this filament will get you the best results because it’s sweet spot sits right around 228-230C- coinciding with the safe zone of PTFE tubing. It is surprising how little stringing I get with this filament at 230C. Bed and layer adhesion have been absolutely phenomenal- but I run my bed at 90C through the lifetime of the print. The filament comes air packed with very little moisture- but I still have it rest at least overnight if not 24h inside my dry box ( a big tub with a bunch of silica gel packets from other filaments). Color on all the different filaments has been phenomenal- and the finish comes right back after sanding and a quick blast from a heat gun. Performance wise, I haven’t had any issues pushing this filament at high volumetric flow (20-24mm3/s)- though it does prefer to run at lower speeds. I found around 200mm/s max with your usual slicer speed scaling for outer walls, works quite well. With my highly modified Ender, I have my max accel set to about 4K and get consistently good quality. If you to print great functional parts with this PETG, I would highly recommend using a 0.6 nozzle to get more volumetric flow. Cooling wise- I don’t run the fans at all and it works well. Spools are a little flexy for my taste, so make sure to get good alignment on your rollers. Overall, I’m shocked how easy this filament is to print with ... show more

  • Very good balance of color, print quality and toughness!
Color: Petg-1kg Black Style: PETG
This is a great deal for BLACK PETG filament, and now that I've tried it I will use this as often as I can get it. My old favorite BLACK PETG also printed very nicely, but was more brittle than tough, and it's color was more of a very dark red than black. I avoided this Creality filament for awhile since I didn't think the quality would be very good at this low price, but decided to try it when my "go-to" filament was unavailable and am very glad I did. This prints very well with less stringing than other blends, way better than average layer adhesion, and has a very nice black color even in thin sections. The "feel" of a finished print is almost "greasy" rather than "dry", an indicator of "tougher" blends, and unlike my old favorite, thin parts made from this Creality filament will bend or deform under extreme stress before breaking. One "disadvantage" which is just a characteristic of plastics having great layer adhesion is that support material is harder to remove, but the toughness of the finished print allows more force to be used when removing support material, where my old, brittle favorite usually broke something if there was support material in difficult to remove places. ... show more

  • Normal PETG at a lower price
Color: Petg-1kg Black Style: PETG
I mostly bought this PETG over others due to the lower price (it was the cheapest PETG I could find). It was a nice bonus that it was a name brand (if not one known for quality). It hasn't been spectacular by any means, but has performed as I would expect PETG to, with good adhesion, strong prints, as well as the expected stringing and difficulty removing from the build plate (this is mostly mitigated by using a textured PEI steel sheet). ... show more

  • Not too bad for the price
Color: Petg-1kg White Style: PETG
Good price, not great quality. Ran about 30 spools in the last two weeks and about 15% - 20% had feed issues due to tangles. Switched to different filament and no feed issues (mostly Bambu X1C printers). Print quality is ok. Going to try other brands, not worth the hassle. On a few of the spools; the vacuum seal wasn't intact. ... show more

  • Good quality and price.
Color: Petg-1kg Black Style: PETG
Have gone through two rolls already. Printed super easy on Bambu P1S. Used generic profile. Have not had any issues at all with printing it at normal height and speed.

  • Works great

Was having issues at first, but a little trial and error and it's good.

  • S tier PETG filament that has superior adhesion and smooth printability
Color: Petg-1kg Black Style: PETG
I use this PETG for multimaterial prints where PLA is used as the support interface for easy support removal. This creality cr series petg is the best black PETG make up I have used. It sticks to the PLA support interface during the print and breaks off after cooling with minimal issues. Most other PETG brands like overture and inland PETG, tecbears, and elegoo have issues sticking to PLA during the print. Inland PETG+ uses a different vendor is sticks to PLA okay but this creality filament is the best I have found. ... show more

  • Actually decent filament
Color: Petg-1kg Black Style: PETG
This filament is one of the most nicest printing PETG filaments I've used. The wrap will occasionally have issues and it'll overlap itself, but aside from the occasional hic-up, it's a great filament overall. It does have a relatively high shine when printed, but looks beautiful.
