My Epson Eco Tank printer "Power Cleaning Option" did not correct my printing problems of a clog that stopped yellow and cyan ink from printing on the paper. This cleaning kit was able to get the ink to flow again, but it wasn't something I would want to do every time my printer clogs up from lack of use. I have had Laser Printers prior to this Ink Jet Printer and I will definitely go back to the higher priced Laser Printers as they are so much faster and lower maintenance. I have an Epson ET-4760 that I couldn't get to print. i bought this, watched a youtube video, and it took me about 30 minutes and I was back printing. I had to loosen up some of the tubing a small bit (No big deal and at least the fit was tight), but wasnt in far when i realized i had ink on my hands. I was about to head out to the garage to get gloves when I looked down and whammo...gloves were included. Thank you. Back up and printing now! No complaints! ... show more

Maybe I'm not doing it right, or, after five years my print head's a goner. Old news now since I've gotten a new printer. I can still use the old printer for scanning. The solution did last for several tries though.

I used my old ink cartridge until it dried up. Finally got a new one that would work but print head was plugged. Tried to clean it without success. Finally found this cleaning kit and it worked really good.
