Our search for a fan was quick, we decided on this Obabala because it looked nice in the photos and the price was very reasonable. When it arrived, it looked even better than we expected! Compared to similar fans that cost $200+, it works great and the installation was super easy! We did have a few questions, so we emailed customer service and Leah was prompt, friendly, and very helpful in assisting us. Good grief! Scam. The product arrived only in Amazon blank packaging with NO manufacturer information. The only identifier was ‘Made in China’. We are replacing a 52” fan which this one is supposed to be, but it doesn’t say what size the fan is supposed to be. Pretty nice fan, the only issue is the remote is quite cheap. When you hang the remote and remove it from the holder, the back that holds the batteries slides right off.
