These were a big upgrade to the traditional, thin aluminum pans that are rated for a much lower temperature than people realize. These are rated for 446 degrees F which is way more than most and plenty hot for nearly all baking needs! The different sizes are perfect to avoid using big pans for small baking needs. These pans are great. They bake nice and even, are easy to clean, and I love the colored silicone handles, makes it even easier to grab out of the oven. NutriChef 3-Piece Nonstick Kitchen Oven Baking Pans - Premium & Stylish Non-Stick Steel I use the mid size pan most frequently. I would assume the others have the same issues. Cons: When baking at 400 degrees for 15 minutes , the pan warps and lets out a very loud noise. I use this pan 2-3 times a week and some Teflon particulate are already becoming loose. I may to discard the pan . Pros: Very Easy cleanup. After the pan cools, it does recover from the warping and straightens out flat Conclusion: I’m going to start looking for a better set of pans to replace these. ... show more
