The sheet pans are excellent quality. They are easily cleaned and are excellent quality. My only issue is the red handles are very hot. I am left handed and my oven is next to a wall. The handles are not easily reached. Oven mitts are a necessity.

I would spend more money and buyer a thicker set. The med and large sized warped when I put them in a 350 degree oven. Eventually returns to flat but it's annoying that they won't lie flat in the oven.
