The sheets feel well-made, cook evenly, and the nonstick surface works great. Its also super easy to clean. My only concern is that I thought they’d be a bit bigger. They work fine for most baking needs, but if you're expecting large trays, just double-check the dimensions.

I love that the pans are lightweight and it had me concerned about burning things but so far so good. I've only used a few of them but so far everything has cooked really nicely. First thing I made was this peach bread in the loaf pan lol because I haven't had one in years. This one cooks up so much better then my old silicone i had to toss few years ago. Cooked some fish on the smaller cookie sheet, just perfect because it was just a few small pieces. So far I love them especially when it's time to clean them. I made this googy chocolate pudding cake and cleanup was a breeze because you mix batter in the pan so no way to oil it first. I like the glass lids, the lid vent holes, protected lid handles and the protected helper handles on the large skillet. Very easy to use and to clean. Even distribution of heat. However, the grill pan covering did scratch the second day and continues to scratch off due to my sliding rather than lifting. Most disconcerting is that the lid handle on the large skillet broke within weeks. You can see the twisted peg in the first photo next to the rubberized hole. The peg holding the handle from underneath is the only source of attachment and is dependent on the rubber washer around the side to keep it in place. It is held on only by the peg from underneath. There is no top side washer or larger flan. The company was responsive and quickly sent me a replacement lid without charge. I have used them without difficulty for 6 months.
