Very happy with this chair. It only had 6 screws to put in. There was a flaw with one arm cushion and customer service was very helpful and we came to a partial refund settlement. Happy overall.

Bought this chair for my wife and I’m very disappointed in the quality. There are covers that go over the arms of the chair with snaps to hold them in place. However, the snaps do not hold at all. They immediately pop off and the cushioned cover falls off the arm of the chair. One of the snaps is also bent. ... show more

I was skeptical of the bad reviews, so I went ahead and bought this glider rocker. It became quite a bumpy "glide" after a few short weeks. Screws randomly fall out of the ottoman. If you need a prop, this chair looks great. IT DOES NOT FUNCTION WELL. I thought maybe the chair was just cheap and I (105 lbs) could get away with using it to rock my baby (5 lbs). Not so. This thing is complete junk. I won't even give it away because it would cause so much frustration, I bet they would hate me for giving it to them! ... show more
