Okay so this is DEFINITELY a small chair. I do see why people may think it’s a kids chair to some degree but it does work for adults. However, I’d say small adults would be most comfortable. I’m 5’ 3” and I’m able to place my feet flat on the floor to rock. This isn’t typical for me in most chairs which for me does attest to it being small. But that is the entire purpose of this chair. It’s literally listed as a chair for small spaces and that’s exactly what it works best for. My sons nursery is a very small room so a small chair worked best for me. Another reviewer mentioned this chair wouldn’t likely be great for rocking kids over a year old and I’d tend to agree. It’s basically just big enough for a small person to sit comfortably with a small baby to nurse etc. Overall it’s a nice little chair! It’s comfy, the padding is nice. Assembly was beyond easy. It’s essentially just two pieces. The base and the backrest that you slide into a place with brackets and secure with bolts. The chair is durable with comfort material, however, arm is too low which i have to put a pillow to make it the right height to bottle feed my daughter. It's not that easy to rock, you need to push hard to make it rock, swivel is fine. Very easy to set it up, i'm 5'1 female, the top of the chair is right on the top of my head. My wife and I enjoy this glider everyday. It is small, which is perfect for our little nursery. The quality is great and it was easy to assemble. I did add some silicon spray to the bottom to prevent squeaking and it did the job.

I love the chair for the size because we have a small nursery. Color and quality looked good so I was really excited about it. But then we went to use it and it squeaks terribly!! It’s in the back of the chair under the upholstery. Sounds like nails in wood kind of squeaking. Good luck trying to relax and rock your child to sleep with the distracting squeaking. Super annoying!! UPDATE: So I noticed that I still had time to return the chair. I was sent a new chair promptly with no problems or extra charges. When the new one arrived I simply boxed up the old one. No squeaking!! I’m so excited that this chair is going to work and I had absolutely no hassles getting a new one. We chose this glider because we have a small nursery and this was the smallest of the gliders I was able to find. It is fairly easy to assemble; you just have to make sure everything is lined up just right for it to slide into place. That being said, this is not the highest quality glider - the seat cushion is not very cushy/soft, and the wooden frame creaks almost every time I sit down or move in the glider. If space constraints are an issue, though, this does look nice in a small nursery! Update: After 1.5 years of use, the creaking has gotten incredibly loud. It creaks loudly when you sit down, get up, swivel, or glide. It still looks good, but sometimes it wakes up my toddler when we get up out of the chair after she has fallen asleep. ... show more

I wanted a small comfy chair that would rock and swivel. This is perfect! Just what I was looking for and the cost was super low compared to similar chairs I saw at the furniture stores in town. Now granted I’m 5’4” so for me it’s perfect! My husband is 6’1” and may think differently about my purchase, but we don’t have room in our nursery for a lumberjack sized recliner! ;) ... show more
