I just got it today. It was very easy to put together! The back support feels nice so far. The bottom cushion is a bit firm. It should be good for sitting in for smaller amounts of time. Assembly: A couple of screws for the back. Three screws for right arm rest and three for the left arm rest. And finally, snap and tie the cushions. It is so simple! The chair's glider section was already assembled, you only attach what I mentioned above, and the foot glider was completely assembled. Comfort: The material feels like a suede type material. It is soft. The back cushion is very thick and soft and the arm rests are comfortable. I noticed a lot of complaints from others about the seat cushion. It is not super thick but it still has enough cushion for me. Size: It is a smaller chair with a narrow sitting area. Definitely designed for smaller people. Perfect for my size. This chair bruised my legs and felt like I was sitting right on the springs. The padding was a joke! The back connection to the rest of the chair was soft and moved every time I leaned back. It did have an easy set up but it felt weak. Trying to return it was a nightmare. I finally had to cancel the return and turn around and sell it for way less than I paid for this torture chair. I am very picky about cheap, low quality furniture. So far this seems very sturdy and a good quality, I can see it lasting a long time. The cushions are very comfortable. My only complaint is that the hardware was in a bad spot in the box and I didn’t find it until after I bought replacements at the hardware store. I did contact the company and they were hard to get a hold of (but I should have checked my spam folder) but when I contacted through Amazon it was resolved in a matter of 2 days and they gave me a refund. I would buy this chair again, or buy from Costway again ... show more

Cons: - It was easy to put together but I had a few problems aligning the holes to screw the arms on due to the holes not completely lining up correctly. I did get the all the screws in but one of the arms doesn’t completely touch the bottom. Luckily the arm cover hides it. - One of the ties was partially ripped from the back rest fabric. To me that’s not a big deal I can just sew it back together. - One thing that might bother me later is the bottom cushion isn’t super comfy due to it being stiff, but I’m hoping it will be become less stiff the more I use it. Thinking of maybe getting all different cushions if that ends up being an issue. Pros: - I think the back cushion is comfortable. - The wood and fabric are better than I thought they be. This makes the chair look a lot nicer. - I do think it’s nice enough quality to last awhile. It’s worth the price, and will get the job done. ... show more
