We have 7 kids and have been through A LOT of RC vehicles. This is by far the coolest one we’ve ever had. Kids love it we bought it for our 4 yr old daughter and so far it has had no issues. The toy is nice and all and functionality is great except for the hand remote that does not work at all. Otherwise it's good. BUT it does not last long. It's been exactly a month and it's broken. Two of four wheel does not work so opened it up to find out what went wrong. Found out that the gear teeth were broken off so stopped working. Tried to find the replacement parts but couldn't. A day after receiving the car, it began to act up (I think in a somewhat rare/unfortunate way with a defective component - the car wouldn't stop strafing/turning in one direction). I don't think this is a common problem and I hope my saying this doesn't dissuade anyone from the purchase. I emailed the company the next day (I was hoping recharging the car would help the problem, but it didn't) and let them know about the issue. They asked me some questions about what was happening and I explained, and they really took care of everything. I received the replacement very quickly, which was fortunate because my niece who was visiting hadn't left yet (I was expecting to have to send it on to her once I received it). My niece loves this car! The dance button makes her giggle so hard. I had to work with her on the controls (basic, but she's 5 and has never had an RC car before). We didn't try the watch-like controller as it doesn't fit her hand well yet, but it's very responsive to the standard controller and she got the hang of it very quickly. The car does work in grass, though turning is difficult in thick grass. She loved using it on the sidewalk in front of my house, especially. This was a good purchase and the customer service department of this company is very responsive and works to resolve problems quickly! ... show more

five-year-old nephew three-year-old niece broke it and under two hours just driving it around the wheel fell off. We were able to glue it back on, but it was still disappointing that it just fell off in two hours.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a birthday gift for my Grandson. It doesn’t run, at all, on grass or gravel. On wood floors, it won’t run straight. In the video, all we are doing is using the is going backwards or forwards, not using the turn control and the car won’t move in a straight line. It looks like only one front and one rear wheel have power. It’s a shame because I bought extra batteries but the car is pretty much useless. ... show more
