    • Ozzy at his best
The Ozzman was about 42 years old when he made this album. It's definitely my favorite of all his albums that I have, and I think most of that has to do with Zakk Wylde, one of the best rock/metal guitarists ever. This guy could play anything, and he proves it here. He even slipped in a slightly country-esque part on the solo for "I Don't Want to Change the World," then immediately goes back to kicking ass as seamlessly as can be. Ozzy's voice was probably at its best at this point. If you compare it to his newest one, you will hear a big difference. Granted, it's almost 30 years later and he's in his early 70s now, but I heard a LOT of studio tricks and effects on the new one that weren't on this one. Autotune wasn't around in 1991, but he didn't need it then. Ahh, the good old days... ... show more
