    • POOR QUALITY! Terrible customer service

We bought two sets. One in grey and one in navy blue. The first set (grey) went together with medium struggle. It was the back panel where the back meets the seat- The threat doesn’t like to catch. So my hands were bleeding by the time I finished the first set. If you have a torque Allan wrench, you are set!! The material they provide, leaves something to be desired- But with that said, we got ONE set together. I waited a couple of weeks before attempting the second- To let my hands get back to being functional again. And we had the SAME problem with the first chair!! OMG! My husband and I figured it was a major design flaw. BUT, when putting the 4th and last chair together, we came across and issue that we couldn’t find a way around. The seat wouldn’t line up with the rocker. We stripped 4 screws trying to put it together!! So upset right now. It IS affordable. But that’s pointless if you can’t use it for what you purchased it for. I contacted the seller. I will update my post as soon as I hear back on how they handle this kind of situation. I don’t recommend this set. At all. But if you get it, I pray you have better luck with it than we did. Xx ******Edit. It’s been a few weeks since I contacted seller. I never received any response about the issues. I have 2 chairs that have been sitting in my entryway, that can’t be used- Or sent back because of the fact they are partially assembled, and it was LITERALLY a pain to get them that far. We’ve decided to re drill holes and get new gear- That’s stronger and a Phillips/Flat head so I’m able to use my torque wrench. Flat out, one of the worst purchases we’ve ever made. Terrible customer service, hard as heck to put together, and parts strip or don’t fit. DONT DO IT! ... show more

I was nervous to purchase this set after reading some of the reviews on the assembly issues. However this set has exceeded my expectations. It only took an hour to put together and very sturdy.
