MAN i got this in the mail and was really skeptical at first, I didn't think it'd hold me up but at 400lb it's doing GREAT and it's a pretty good workout I really worked up a sweat and my legs felt it. It's a little noise but I have hardwood floors (easy fix I'll get a rug) It actually relieved pain in my lower back and I wasn't expecting pain relief but I got it. It's easy to use BUT you will need to get use to the speed of the vibration, I wouldn't recommend using for more then a few minutes a day and build up to a full workout. ... show more

The box was super damaged and had all kinds of tape on it. Plugged it into various outlets. Double checked and the power supply cord is connected to the machine. The power switch, or any of the buttons on the display nothing lights up and works no vibration anything. And I would say the remote also doesn't work but that might be because the machine itself doesn't work. Tried different batteries in it to make sure it wasn't an issue with maybe the remote. Now I have to figure out how to return it because I can't find a way to get help on troubleshooting. The pamphlet that comes with it is of no help, in fact the top of it says directions for face mask. But has images of the vibration plate. Extremely disappointed ... show more
