I bought this not really knowing anything about label printing and so was a little afraid I would get something that was a headache to use and generally underwhelming. That said, this thing has been awesome. Super easy to use with my iPhone with the app (I haven't tried with android) and works brilliantly. I've only used the Niimbot brand (?) paper which it does seem to detect so if you get some non-compatible paper I'm not sure if it will work. The paper and the output are very high quality. It is easy to use the drag and drop software on iOS to design a label. I've used this for return address labels, people's addresses, labeling outdoor seedlings (the 'ink' or whatever is being used does fade in the sunlight, but otherwise seems to be weatherproof including lots of rain), labeling folders, etc. Highly recommend if you want a label-maker. Took a while to fully charge but works while charging. I have only printed out about 10 labels so far and I'm impressed with the printing speed because it is super quick. I also printed a picture of my baby to see the quality of the resolution. Not the best but it prints like receipts with a lot of dotted grains. In the picture I show, my first picture print was on normal density and the second print was on the lowest density. The normal density has high contrast so it's better to have lower density print for pictures. The app was fairly easy to navigate and pair. However there are a lot of VIP functions that you have to pay for like more font styles and more icons/pictures. Overall I like the printer and will probably buy different sized labels from them in the future. ... show more

Perfect for mailing labels. The App itself is free, and has so many free templates. It’s low cost for VIP templates and the paper is not so expensive to refill. Its is wireless and comes with charger usb.

I do really like how it works. It is fast and very easy to set up. The writing is clear and it prints really fast. Had to buy longer labels so I could do address labels but they are not real expensive. I would have given 5 stars but i was disapointed that i needed to pay a monthly or yearly subscription in order to use most of the icons etc. They do have a free section but it is very limited. However, i was able to use black and white pictures from my phone so will keep the free version on the app for now. Just an extra step making it a little less convenient. All in all I am happy with how it works and labels are good quality ... show more

The media could not be loaded. * HIGHLY intuitive design app, includes all necessary functions to create just about anything. imports pics for printing better than any other app I've used. (note: scaling of graphs/outlines is different than scaling of other elements. the graph/outline will print differently than everything else, avoid that feature in the app. import drawings to create lines and shapes.) * VERY FAST printing, far out-performed my expectations. * creates and prints readable qr codes as small as 3/8". * print quality is as expected. dot matrix plotter style, decent resolution. * VERY small and lightweight, I can put it in my pocket (not comfortably). * usb C charging * lightning fast and ultra reliable Bluetooth connectivity * Battery lasts FOREVER, I've literally never charged it. printed about a thousand labels. ... show more

Super easy to set up, and does exactly what I need. Bought for printing addresses on letters, and also purchased 40*70 label paper. It immediately recognized the paper and I didn’t have to do anything. Created a template and now I’m good to go. Was so easy I had to write a review.

This thing is amazing. I do some work as a professional organizer so I am no stranger to a label maker. This one however is BY FAR my favorite. There are so many different label shapes and sizes there is one for everything you need. The app is easy to use and design the perfect label. I have used it to label canning jars, cords, bins, and anything else I can think of. It prints fast, and clear. It connects right away, and is just super easy to use.
