I bought this not really knowing anything about label printing and so was a little afraid I would get something that was a headache to use and generally underwhelming. That said, this thing has been awesome. Super easy to use with my iPhone with the app (I haven't tried with android) and works brilliantly. I've only used the Niimbot brand (?) paper which it does seem to detect so if you get some non-compatible paper I'm not sure if it will work. The paper and the output are very high quality. It is easy to use the drag and drop software on iOS to design a label. I've used this for return address labels, people's addresses, labeling outdoor seedlings (the 'ink' or whatever is being used does fade in the sunlight, but otherwise seems to be weatherproof including lots of rain), labeling folders, etc. Highly recommend if you want a label-maker. I have been using this little label machine for all the stuff. Gifts, work, kids, whatever I can. I love it. I do wish there were more options for labels. I tried buying another brand of label and it would not fit. It was easy to set up. The print quality is good. I prefer doing bold type.

This is my 2nd printer from this company. I use them all the time. I bought an adorable case and lots of labels. I love it. So why the 1-star review? Because I decided to add the Windows software to use the label printer from my laptop and immediately got a warning from my anti-virus software with malware complaint in the software I’d downloaded. Nope! I’m not sure if I can continue to use it with my phone. Unsafe! Buyer beware! ... show more

Super easy to set up, and does exactly what I need. Bought for printing addresses on letters, and also purchased 40*70 label paper. It immediately recognized the paper and I didn’t have to do anything. Created a template and now I’m good to go. Was so easy I had to write a review.
