Update***. All is fixed. It is not the roller that was wrong it was the way the video says to install it. It now sets on top not down in the slots as the video shows. Customer service has been helpful with the other small issues I have had as well. I am loving this system. No doubt it has been a learning curve for me. But with their help I am now creating beautiful projects. Wish I would have done this a year ago when Infirat started to research it. Biggest learning curve has been the ColorboxRip software as I have never used anything like that before. After they instructed me to load my designs into Photoshop to create the png files it is going much smoother. I am dedicated to making beautiful design and tee shirts along with other items with my new machine and processes. Trying to assemble my roller, but the one sent seems to be the wrong size. The shaft won’t fit into the holder. Way too thick. See pictures. Will update when I can get some info from Customer service ... show more

Was devastated after receiving my first bundle broken! Customer Service at Lancelot responded within the day to let me know they would ship me a whole new bundle! I was shocked and so very pleased because I've been beyond excited to use this product. The second shipment arrived within days of the previous and to no surprise FedEx handled the package much better than Amazon delivering. This product comes very securely packaged within a wood crate protecting it from damage during transit. I was beyond excited to see the second one arrive without any damages. Lancelot has been there every step of the way in setting this up and making sure everything is completely working. The prints themselves are unmatched they have stretch to them making them more pliable and less likely to rip or tear. The vibrancy of the color is amazing much better than any previous irons I've made in the past. This machine is going to give me the freedom that I've been looking for in my designs and I cannot wait to continue to use this machine! ... show more

This printer is the absolute best. I purchased a different brand in November and it was the worst experience. Bought this one and it has been great. I can't say enough about the customer service that we have received. They even have tried to help me get my first printer working! When I message them with a question they are very quick to respond! They have even reached out to me several times to see how things are going. The printer is so easy to use and the prints are amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good DTF printer that you purchase the Lancelot!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they definitely deserve it!!! ... show more

Update: haven’t been able to post but I am having nothing but print head issues. I have yet to get a print with no alignment issues.. the cost of a new one when this one is brand new is really ridiculous. Once I got through to customer service the process was flawless, my only complaint would be I didn’t have access to all the apps to be able to communicate, once we started emailing and did a remote set up everything worked smoothly. Two screaming babies and trying to set this up didn’t help but again thank you! We love the printer. ... show more
