These types of printers are kinda slow (one print takes about 7 minutes) but for the price it works great. Will eventually upgrade to a faster more expensive unit but for now for our small business it gets the job done with really nice and vivid colors.

update 9/11/24 Printer wasn't working contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to help us get it fixed. I would highly recommend this company and printer it has been amazing. Beautiful color in the prints. A+++++ customer service and techs are quick to respond. This printer is the absolute best. I purchased a different brand in November and it was the worst experience. Bought this one and it has been great. I can't say enough about the customer service that we have received. They even have tried to help me get my first printer working! When I message them with a question they are very quick to respond! They have even reached out to me several times to see how things are going. The printer is so easy to use and the prints are amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good DTF printer that you purchase the Lancelot!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they definitely deserve it!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this printer after having to return a printer from a big name company because it arrived broken and after a week of long nights with their tech guys I called it quits and returned it. I found this printer, which arrived in 2 days, and I’ve been very happy with Sissie and Jeeper from tech support (24/7) as well as the quality of printer. This DTF printer is much sturdier than the other brand and most importantly IT WORKED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX!!! I’ve added a few pics so you can see the quality of prints. I’m still very new to DTF but this Lancelot DTF printer and film and ink work so well for me. I suggest you forget about this other brand and get one of these!!! I’ll come back and prove an update on a few weeks! Hope this helps you make a decision. Ohhh! I got the printer and oven for less than just the other one! ... show more

Overall excellent. I’ve had the Lancelot A3 l1800 printer for about 10 weeks now so I can give it a reasonable review at this point. First, I am a hobbyist printing only a few shirts each week. As such, my review is based on the ease of routine operation and maintenance. This is my second DTF Printer. My first was also an EPSON L1800 from a different vendor, so same basic operation but much different firmware, software and panel controls. The previous printer required frequent maintenance to prevent printhead clogging and waste ink pump flushing. In the 1.5 years I used it, I replaced the printhead twice. (1) Maintenance: Since I placed it in service, maintenance has been limited to minor cleaning and ink reservoir filling. I have checked the printhead, buffers, waste ink pump and found that they have not needed servicing up to this point. It is noted that the printer circulates ink, even when turned off, if the power is maintained. There is a recommended process if you wish to power it down for any extended period. (2) Print Quality: When printing, I found it is good practice to perform a head cleaning operation and add a small color strip to the first portion of my print to get the white ink flowing. After the first print, ink is consistent, and the prints are excellent quality. While the printer is set up for A3 film sizes, it works fine with A4 films as well. (3) Directions and videos: This is a weak point. Their documentation and videos are very basic and do not necessarily match up with the actual controls on the machine. Even the stickers on the machine do not match up with the actual controls and their functions. (4) Service: I must give them an excellent on this. When I first got the machine, I found that some of the contents of the USB drive that came with the machine were corrupt. I called their service line, but since it was a weekend, there was no answer. To my surprise, I received a message through Amazon from them attempting to contact me. Their service representative was very helpful and patient and provided a download link for the corrupt files as well and walking me through the initial setup. I am extremely happy with the Lancelot A3 l1800 printer and hope to make many fun products with it. ... show more

When the printer came in, it was in a large heavy crate which took some time to figure out how to open. The setup process was simple, but learning to customize the settings took a little bit of work. After troubleshooting with Lancelot representatives, I was able to get the settings down. I did appreciate how they were available to troubleshoot via text and photo/video on What’s App to walk me through the process. Customer service is so awesome, Jeeper, Frank, and Sissie are always there to help figure out the problem, even remotely fixing the problem through the computer. There’s a 12 hr gap from here to there, and it still doesn’t take them long to get back to you. I’m thankful for them, I took the leap and made an investment, I was ready to throw it out the window at first, but then here comes Jeeper and Frank. Fixed me right up and I was in business. The color’s are rich, print quality is great. Worth the money, buy it, don’t take the epson 8550 shortcut for dtf. I did it and it had and error code with in a week, 699 wasted. ... show more
