Ok so I've been in printer Hades for about a year. My computer is kind of old but it's an apple all in one desktop which I prefer. The os can be updated so finding a compatible printer..ugh. liked Canon but they were unrecognized by my computer so they were useless. Tried Canon laser but way too complicated. Printer works as intended and was pretty easy to set up. I’m not giving it a full score as it was not clear to me the product I bought was refurbished. Given the price point I assume this is ok. Overalll build quality appear ok.

    • Don't Buy IT!!! Worst Printer Ever
So I bought this printer to have at school because I need to be able to print a single sheet at a time from my printer. This is so I don't have to run across the school to the school copier every time I need something. I also need to be able to print in color which the school copier doesn't let me do. This printer has been a time suck since I got it. When I hook it up to the wireless network at school then suddenly everyone is printing their stuff not to the copier but to my printer. Even our tech guy could not get that to stop. I have been trying to use a wired connection with the USB cable. Well for the 4th time, that has suddenly stopped working in the middle of a print job. Don't buy this printer it is terrible and will never work correctly. HP Smart is not smart. It is stupid. In all reality, there is not a single HP product that I have used that will work for more than a year. All other computer, printer, etc makers are 10000% better. ... show more

Quality HP printer which is very difficult to initially set up with having to download HP software , and then coordinate and matchup with hardware requirements. HP should be more customer aware and friendly and simply provide an installation disk as so many others do. By todays standards the printer is a little bulky in size but extremely light weight. Ink extremely easy install remove, Remote computer/laptop and iPhone and Android phone printing yet to be tested, highly recommend this somewhat difficult to install printer . ... show more

    • Set up is a hassle
Easy to unpack. Online instructions hard to understand. Could not get printer to complete set up in the HP app. It will print without completing setup in the app though. I cannot open the user manual in the app. Bottom line, the HP print app is less than worthless.

    • Finally get a copy.machine that works
Finally you get a copy machine that works I have order three copy machines and none of them worked my previous copy machine was this.type and I was very happy with it and I'm happy again with this new copy machine same.model as the one before but this one finally worked to me it wasn't worth it sending all these previous copy machines back so I kept on ordering them till I got one that work ... show more
