This Niceday Twist Mini Stepper was delivered on 12/7/2024 and it was ready to go right out of the box. First, I inspected it, of course, and made sure it was intact and adjusted to my preference. Then I attached the optional resistance bands. For the first couple of months, I only used it at 5-minute intervals, a few times a day (because my lifestyle had been completely sedentary for quite some time before purchasing this). As time went on, it became super easy to get a great workout done while watching TV. Now, I step for one consistent hour, 6 days a week. so it's definitely being used often. It's so convenient and there are no problems, thus far. Every single part of it works as it should. The step count is accurate. The resistance bands are a great addition to ensure a full body workout. It's very sturdy, yet lightweight and compact enough to put away after each use. The mini stepper does make little sound at the bottom of each step; however, it's not loud at all. Another bonus aside from getting my heart rate up, I've even lost some of the weight I've gained, without changing my diet. Just imagine the extra benefits if I start to eat more nutritious foods. Anyhow... being happily satisfied with this Niceday Twist Mini Stepper, I highly recommend that you go ahead and purchase it; it's very well worth it.

Definitely a better workout than I expected honestly. I’m postpartum from having two kids back to back, so I wanted something I could do at home that was actually effective. The first couple times using it I realized how out of shape I am and I was only able to do about 15 minutes before I had to stop and was drenched in sweat. But that’s how I know it’s actually doing something! I saw these machines on tik tok and was a little skeptical but I figured for the price, it couldn’t hurt to try. And I’m so glad I did! I’m now up to about 35-40 minutes on it and it’s definitely a good workout. I don’t use the resistance bands much since I find it hurts my elbows since they are pretty tight bands, and I’m afraid of injury. The slight side to side motion is comfortable, doesn’t hurt your knees or hips. Easy to use and seems like good quality so far. I’ve been using is 3-4 times a week for about a month now and no issues with quality. Counters seem accurate but I don’t pay much attention to them to be honest. I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet, but I have noticed improved endurance and overall feeling a little stronger. So far pleased with the purchase.

I like this I think it’s great if you want to get a cardio workout and also works the muscles in your legs. This was easy to pull out of the box and set up and use immediately and it’s small and does not take up a lot of room.

This is such a solid, high-quality stepper. It’s marketed as a “mini” stepper, but don’t let that word fool you, this thing is sturdy. It’s definitely got some weight to it, which actually made me feel more confident using it. I never worry about it tipping over or sliding around when I’m stepping, which is huge for safety and peace of mind. Even better, it doesn’t take up much space at all. Compared to something massive like a stairmaster, this little stepper is compact enough to keep right in my bedroom. It’s perfect for sneaking in a few minutes of movement during the day. No need to haul out workout gear or dedicate a whole corner of the house to exercise equipment. It’s also been great for helping me manage my blood sugar. Just a few quick minutes here and there gets my heart rate up and helps keep things balanced. I started out only being able to do about 5 minutes at a time, and even that left my legs feeling it the rest of the day. It’s way more effective than I expected for such a compact machine! I also really appreciate that you can adjust the range of motion, so whether you want smaller, low-impact steps or a bigger, more intense burn, you’ve got options. It’s a great little machine for quick, efficient workouts. The media could not be loaded. I freaking love this thing! I needed a way to get an “at will” workout in during the day and this was just the ticket! It takes up very little space and isn’t too heavy to move around. But have no fear, it is definitely not flimsy. It’s quiet and it counts your steps. You’re also able to adjust the resistance. I like that it has the resistance bands on attached. I don’t usually use the with like and arm-pumping motion, I usually just hold them static with my elbows at 90 degrees. This helps to keep the core engaged. When it’s not in use, I slide it over in the corner next to the sofa. Perfect for anyone wanting to get moving or burn of some calories after a meal.

Really great for working out, especially if you live in an area where walking/running is a bit difficult. The resistance bands also provide great arm workouts. There are a vast amount of workout routines you can do with this one little machine, and it's all very simple to use. You can do a 30 minute step workout, you can do the steps and pull the bands at the same time, you can simply use the bands for pull-ups for both arms and legs. There's a LOT to do so the workouts don't get too repetitive or boring. Given the variety you could do, you are definitely getting your money's worth.
