I bought this to get in more motion while working from home. It's a great device, way easier than using a mini treadmill (once you get used to it), and feels like it gives a better workout. Pros: * Adjustable height provides a good variety of difficulties * I really break a sweat while using it * Based on my own calculations, calorie tracking seems to be fairly accurate * Very portable * Best option I've found for WFH workouts * Quiet enough even for office use, I've used it in my cubicle and no one has noticed * Remembers your progress for as long as you don't reset it, which is nice to track steps throughout the day Cons: * It does "click" every time a step contacts the bar. Sticking an old dishtowel on top of the bar fixed this. * Technically, resistance can't be adjusted, only height. But I really don't mind with how great it is. I recently purchased the Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands, primarily to target my thighs, and it has exceeded my expectations. The stepper is incredibly easy to pedal, making it user-friendly even for beginners. You can start using it right out of the box with really minimal setup. Versatile Workout Options. One of the best features is the option to use the resistance bands or not. With the bands, you get a comprehensive workout that targets your thighs and arms. Without the bands, you still get a good cardio session, but the resistance on the thighs isn’t as intense. Creative and Fun Movements. You can be creative with your movements, which keeps the workout interesting. I especially enjoy adopting side-to-side hip movements, which also benefit the waist area. This versatility makes the exercise more enjoyable and less monotonous. Low Noise Level: ( I wish there was no noise at all) My stepper isn’t particularly noisy. However, I try to avoid using it late at night as even the minimal noise can seem louder in the quiet of the night. Compact and Easy to Store: You can easily store it under the bed, on the balcony, or under your office desk, making it perfect for small spaces. Overall, this stepper is a fantastic addition to my home gym. It’s fun, effective, and offers a great workout for both the lower and upper body. I’ve been using this for about 3 months now and see a difference in my butt, thighs and legs. I feel more toned. Unfortunately the screen stopped working, but I don’t mind because I track my progress, steps and time on my Apple Watch anyway. It’s very small so I can store it in my closet or under the bed. It’s not as quiet when stepping but I put a rag under both petals and metal bar to silence the noise of stepping up and down. Has an Easy setup. Oh and I’m 200 plus pounds and it feels safe and sturdy while I’m on it. Pretty good product! Will recommend!! ... show more

Gosh darn it, TikTok. They made me buy this! Luckily I got it for the same price on Amazon as TikTok had it, and it came THE SAME DAY! TikTok was going to take at least 1-2 weeks. Let me preface this by saying I used to LOVE working out before I had my son, but now it’s a chore. I hate being active because I’m SO out of shape. Everyone on social media made this look so easy and fun! WELL…. It’s not! If you’re as out of shape as I am, it’s a serious workout! I was sweating within the first few minutes. Out of breath. Struggling to stick it out. I managed to get 500 steps in and took a break. Throughout the day I hopped on for a few mins here and there. Here’s my biggest advice: if it’s been awhile since you’ve worked out, START SMALL. I overdid it today! My legs feel like burning jello. My arms are extremely sore, to the point I couldn’t even pick up my 12 lb cat. 🥴 Start with 3-5 mins, maybe a couple times a day. Work up from there. And don’t beat yourself up for it… You’ll get stronger! The display is fine, but let’s hope it lasts through me dripping sweat on it. Just ordered some neck towels to absorb the drips. I was able to put it together quickly. Read all the instructions!! It stores away under my bed or in the corner of my room. It’s a little heavy, so be careful if you have young kids. My 5 yr old was trying to pick it up and almost dropped it on his foot. Overall, it’s quiet and definitely gets my heart rate up while also building muscle. I highly recommend it and will post pics along the way. 👍🏼 Update: been doing it everyday for small chunks of time. I already feel better (mentally) and can tell this will seriously help me burn some cals. It’s still quiet. ... show more

This stepper is amazing. I workout regularly however this thing gives me a WORKOUT and quick! After just one week of regular stepping (about 15 mins a day), I received 3 out of the blue compliments on how my legs looked toned and fit. They asked what I was doing, my response - mini stepper! I’ve worked out regularly for years and nothing… however first week I get this thing and people already take notice. I love the workout it gives, how easy it is to use, portability, and how convenient it is to store. I love this thing so much I am going to buy another, however if it was up to me I’d like to make the ability to have the steps be adjustable to being wider.. as sometimes I feel like my legs are too close when I’m stepping. The value for what you get is amazing, and I definitely recommend getting one! ... show more
