I have fine hair and it's gotten thinner the last couple of years. I've tried products that are supposed to make your hair thicken and none seem to work on me or they make my hair look so stiff.. I only bought this because I love Nexxus Therapy and Humectress and thought it was worth a try. I was genuinely surprised at how much of a difference it makes in my hair! I used all three products (shampoo, conditioner and root spray) and my hair looks and feels thicker. The first time I used it a friend complemented me that my hair looked thicker which was quite a coincidence. Anyway, I'm online now buying back-ups. Sometimes I feel like companies stop making whatever I love so I'm going to be prepared.. This is also the first review I've written for anything, that is how much I want it to succeed so it's available in the future. I did notice some reviews say they don't like the smell but I really like it myself. Great lightweight conditioner that seems to nourish without weighing the hair down or making it greasy. Just ordered more. The soft fragrance is WONDERFUL. I seem to be in the minority in that I liked the smell. However, the shampoo left my thin hair in a tangled mess. I ended up having to use more conditioner than I like (as everyone with thin hair knows that too much conditioner weighs it down and makes it lifeless which just defeats the purpose of a thickening routine)and even then I could barely comb through without a lot of strands coming out. I do like the conditioner though and when used with my moisturizing shampoo it does what it says it does. The spray works well too, although you have to be careful of overusing because it's a heavy spray. ETA: I ended up tossing the conditioner too as my hair started shedding like crazy. Turns out one of the ingredients is dimethicone,which is horrible for hair. ... show more

I absolutely love this product. After a bout with covid I started losing my hair, it got dry, and broke off easily. I discussed it with my dermatologist while I was there for an appt., she advised me to start taking Biotin. Which I did go and buy that day. Well, when I saw this Nexxus product advertised on TV, I ordered it immediately. For two reasons, it contained Biotin and I have used Nexxus hair products for years. I have used it twice and the difference in my hair is amazing! It feels thicker again, the elasticity has returned!! It smells great and you have to use just a small amount for a full head of suds.
