The assembly instructions are very well done. The design of the product is excellent assuming your goal is to spend as little as possible. Unfortunately the design seemed fail to hold up to the advertised specs in my case. The product very effectively hides the tangle of wires going to and from the electronics. So overall the tv stand looks quite good. The finish is very thin and arrived with several small scratches, rubs and chips. However the box had no tears. The good news is the scratches were mostly on the inside surfaces and small enough to be completely camouflaged with a black sharpie and a brown magic marker. I was slow and deliberate carefully reading the assembly instructions. It took me at least 30 minutes to unpack the box and verify that all parts were included. Then it took at least 2 hours to assemble the tv stand. I have no idea how another reviewer assembled it in 1 hour. In the final analysis should you buy this product? I would say yes but only because the service department is so responsive. I sent them pictures and described the issues. They let me know what I should check. Then they said the would send me some new parts to replace the parts that seem to be defective. For anyone with a drawer that makes a scraping noise I found my drawer rail was rubbing at a certain point so the paint was worn off. I simply sanded that metal rail so it was just a bit thinner and the drawer opens and closes fine now. UPDATE The new parts arrived with no cost to me and after I installed them the TV stand is perfect in that it no longer sags so I am changing my rating to 5 star... ... show more

Let me get the one negative out of the way first: the veneer is pretty thin ( mine came with a piece gouged and customer service sent a new one which arrived undamaged) so be careful during assembly and don't plan on playing hockey on it, more than sufficient resistance for normal use. On to the good stuff. What a pleasure to follow assembly directions written by a native English speaker! Really easy. The quality is beyond the price, I consider it a super good deal. Esthetics are a personal issue but personally I love the look. Nice to buy something from other than China for a change. Kudos to these Canucks, nice product!! ... show more

Just had this delivered on 05/17, delivery was actually quicker than expected, assembly was also straight forward, used 4inch legs to give it a lift, only thing is when installing the legs you have to be careful, the 2 rear legs can only be installed using 2 screws in the corner, there’s no base to allow all 4 screws to be installed, the legs sit on the edges, but it still sits well and weight is evenly distributed, I bought the legs separately from Amazon, 4 pack stainless steel furniture legs, also you have to be careful not to split the wood when installing the rear legs, might want to actually use screws that are shorter in length instead of the screws included in the package, the 2 front legs were installed with 3 screws also sitting on the edge, apart from that observation, I’m pretty pleased, the sound bar sits nicely, fits my living room decor. Update: i ended up adding 3 additional legs for better support, because it was weighing down in the middle, plus the drawer wouldn’t close with just the 2 in front corners and back. So I added 1 in the middle and 2 on the other side, now the drawer lines up correctly. ... show more

Great looking and fairly easy to assemble. I was nervous as this did not have any reviews when I purchased, but I am very happy I chose it. Package came fully wrapped and each piece was packaged safely without scratches or chips. Drawers are really easy to install and the whole unit took roughly 1 hour to install. The entire unit is 72inches so don’t expect to fit bigger than a 65inch TV which is obviously common sense. The TV in the picture is 55inches. Overall very happy and would recommend. ... show more

While I like the design of the console, I would definitely not recommend based on the quality and the assembly. The unit comes with two sizes of cam lock screws tops however they are all thrown into the hardware bag together. By the time I figured out I had 2 different sizes it was a bigger pain to remove unassemble other the pieces than just to buy additional smaller cam locks at Amazon to finish the drawers. If the company wanted to resolve this they should have (a) bagged the smaller cam lock pieces pieces separately or (b) have instructions rearranged to assemble the drawers first since that was the only place the smaller cam lock screw tops fit properly. Several of the predrilled holes were basically nonexistent. There were multiple pieces that were damaged. ... show more

I purchased this unit for the apartment that my girlfriend and I got together since we needed a new one. This things was surprisingly easy to piece together! The instructions were very straight forward and simple and easy to follow as it all comes together. I can’t say the same for some other things I’ve purchased over the years that require assembly.(coffee tables, nightstands, etc) All the pieces were here, nothing was missing or anything like that. All we have on it is an Xbox One X and a 49 inch Samsung tv. I’ve included a picture so you can see and maybe compare with what kind of tv you may be putting on it. One other thing I’ll note: it is quite low. But we like that. It’s different. When sitting down watching movies it’s at about eye level but I guess that also depends on how big your tv is. I got it mainly because it had that minimalist look to it and it’s very sturdy! ... show more
