It is a very smartly designed, wonderful tricycle and definitely with toddlers in mind. As the child grows it is able to follow the growth and development with different features. It can be used without pedals, directed by the adult with adjustable pole at the back. Further features help to improve the balance, coordination, sense of direction. It also has a seat belt. I got this for my 1 year old granddaughter for Christmas and I have never seen her grin and laugh so much!! She absolutely LOVES it!!!! It is the perfect size for her. The color I chose is purple. It is well made, easy to put together, and easy to ride. It has a removable push-bar so we can help her because her feet can’t yet reach the pedals. It has a safety strap or seatbelt for younger children so they won’t fall off. And it adjusts from tricycle to bicycle with training wheels to independent bicycle with just the two wheels. It’s the perfect size for younger children I’d say up to 3 years old depending on their height. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a transitional trike. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We really love this trike, but there are a couple things I think could make it even better. First, I absolutely hate that there is nowhere for my babies feet to rest. If the pedals could be put in at an angle, they would extend back for my babies feet to rest on. I’ve seen this issue with Other product review photos too, where the baby has nowhere to put their feet. Next, I am really frustrated that the review pictures and the photo make it look like the seat is all one color when in fact, there is a big black part in the middle of the tan seat. It doesn’t look good and I wish I would’ve been able to see that in advance. If I were to repurchase, I would maybe get the one that is $10 more and has a frame that the baby sits in because without A foot rest the baby is just balancing on the seat and the small strap doesn’t seem like enough. Pros: The handle is definitely long enough for me and my husband who is 6’. I love that the handle allows you to steer the trike. It’s a really cute and fun product and I’m excited for my baby to keep using it. ... show more

This is a great bike that converts as the baby grows. I have purchased 2 for two separate family members children. It is such a hit! The babies love it. Assembly is very easy and the manual shows you have to convert the bike as the child gets older. I would recommend purchasing the bike that has the safety bar with it vs this with just the strap.
