Shipped with UPS 9 Days to Texas. Thanks to the decent packaging they arrived in good condition, having some small dents on a couple of the corners and some wear on the frames only. Tested both flat on back of truck which showed over 20.7V each, over the stated Voltage Open Circuit Voc(V): 20.52V. Very nice panels and will order 2 more after our trip. Only puts out about 75% of rated power hence I rounded it up to a 4 star rating. No problems with construction etc. Seems pretty sturdy. I am going to mount it on the roof my RV. Hopefully I will get several years use out of it.

I returned four panels. I'm thrilled I did. Why are reviewers around here saying, "Well, it only had a few dents on the frame and holes in the corner. Not too bad." You wouldn't accept that with other products, especially in this price range. There's no reason to surrender as inevitable with solar panels. Every damaged panel shared the same shipping carrier...UPS. Note the two photos. That's how every box and panel would arrive. It's particularly ridiculous because the Newpowa packaging itself is fine, better than I've seen with other solar panels. I complained several times. Finally on the latest purchase I had hope. It was not shipped by UPS. Once I saw the TBA tracking number from Amazon's own carrier I knew the box would not be gashed with the corners completely ripped open. Sure enough, it's a gorgeous pristine panel. There was barely a disturbance to the box. The panel itself generally delivers in the 140 to 155 watt range. I have briefly seen as high as 167. This is during full midday summer sun in Miami. The numbers may sound disappointing. They are typical of other rigid panels I've sampled. The portable panels play truer to wattage but suffer in vulnerability to the elements and especially in overall lifespan. With rigid panels you basically have to multiply the listed wattage by .7 for a true high end estimate. The wattage declines somewhat as the panel gets hot. These panels work great however if they get shipped with the US postal service they will be late. Again and again. If you get them at all. I don’t know why Amazon uses them.

Packing was OK, no damage and that's always good. Panels works great. Out of 400 watts I get 280 to 300 watts laying flat on the roof of my toyhauler. That's June in Southern California full sun.

Diode cover sealant not even covering cover. Cover is hanging loose. Contacted company and they gave me a 10% refund. Great communication.
