  • STANDARD DIMENSIONS: Our chime's cover is 9 L x 5" W; 6.75 L x 4.75 W x 1.75 H with overall depth of 1.75. It comes in a timeless white finish that blends with any decor.

    • Ordered the 24V version. Great for 24V system.
Wanted to convert all low voltage systems in the house to 24V. This specific 24V model has been a good chime so far, at least I know it is made for 24V, with a label inside mentioning the same. This company also supplies a 16V model, please check while ordering. My previous chime was wired incorrectly, but it didn't ring or oscillate as I did not connect any low voltage load. When this was paired with my doorbell, it started to oscillate suggesting a low current flowing through the rear doorbell circuit. Once that was fixed, everything has been smooth. The hardware is almost similar to any other chime in the market except for the cavity. The wires have to come from a hole that's offset from the center so make sure you have a sufficient wire length. I had to pull the wires an inch from inside the wall to make sure they fit without any tension. Easy installation, simple appearance, natural white color, slightly better sound quality to any other chime, but that's probably because my old chime was 40 years old. ... show more

So far the doorbell works. It came with instructions to go to their website, such as it is, and email purchase information to them to activate the extended warranty. I did that. Beware! It doesn’t work with the ring doorbell. My client purchased this and now her doorbell doesn’t ring inside. She only gets a notification someone is at the door through her ring camera. If we’d known this, we would have purchased something else.
