I purchased these at the beginning of the summer out of desperation in hopes that it would help me with my new summer job where I would be required to be standing and on my feet ALL day every day where I worked at an amusement park. I have plantar fasciitis, I am 40 yrs old, and slightly overweight. And I was DYING only 3 hours into my shifts. I would come home in SOOO much pain, and run dying to throw back some ibuprofen and stick my feet into some ice water and to put them up. I would be so cranky and miserable. I was SEARCHING for something that might help. I came across these and a few others, and decided to take a chance. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, and didnt have very high hopes. I am SOOOO glad that I got them! When I first put them in, I was a little scared. They didn't seem that soft, and the padding seemed a little stiff and to hit right where my plantar fasciitis was worse and where all of the sore spots were. It seemed to hit and coddle my feet in a way that kind of made me nervous. And they seemed to make my shoes feel a little tight. I cut them according to the guidelines and instructions, and it seemed to not fit quite right in my shoes, and I was a little nervous about them. WELL, they obviously knew what they were doing when they made these, because what ended up happening was that... those spots where the stiff padding hit just right, ended up messaging the spots exactly where they NEEDED it! And they ended up cushioning and supporting my feet JUST RIGHT! PERFECTLY! They settled into my shoes perfectly and after a few uses fit absolutely perfectly! Absolutely AMAZING. My feet ACTUALLY don't get tired during or after a long shift anymore! Truly a miracle! It actually got to the point where I looked forward to putting on my shoes and being able to wear them every day! I absolutely love them. And I am SO GLAD that I got them. If they don't seem quite right at first, give them a chance! You just may end up loving them. My plantar fasciitis has improved. And I don't come home in excruciating pain anymore. I ordered these for a pair of size 10 Columbia hiking boots. The original insoles were very thin and left my heels in pain after wearing them for extending periods. I ordered these insoles as replacements. They fit perfectly without the need for cutting. For the first several days, however, they were pretty uncomfortable. It felt like I was balancing the arches of my feet on tennis balls. There was a temptation to return them, but other reviewers had warned of this, so I stuck it out. After the first week they were no longer uncomfortable. After a couple, they feel great. No more more heel pain, very good arch support, and comfortable to walk or stand in for extended periods. First off, these aren't for me. I walk about 25,000+ steps per day in my work shoes and these have broken down and started busting at the seams in just under 3 months. That being said, they are very comfortable but do need to be broken in. At first they were not comfortable, but about half way through the day the conformed to my food shape and from then on they were great. Very comfortable insole. The heal cushion bump feels a tad weird when you first put them on. Once you get used to them. They are hands down very comfortable and relaxing to wear.

I ordered this for my fiancé. He desperately needed new sole for his work boots. He says they made his feet feel better after just a day or two of wearing them. The only downside is they make his boots/feet stink, which is very rare for him. He never has had problems with his feet smelling.

THESE ACTUALLY FIT MY SHOE. I DID NOT HAVE TO CUT OR DO ANYTHING FANCY-A BIG PLUS. I AM USING THESE TO REPLACE INSOLES THAT DISINTEGRATED OVER THE YEARS. COMFORTWISE, I AM NOT SURE YET. I bought a different set of these insoles for my son's workboots, but they were getting old and worn out after so much use. These have helped my young adult son's feet because he has a very demanding physical job that requires him to be on his feet for hours, and he does a lot of heavy lifting. He has flat feet, he is a large, tall young man, and he needed something so that he would not limp due to foot pain after work. I am grateful to have found these insoles through this seller because they have made a huge difference in how he walks. His feet are not hurting with the safety soles and toe workboots he needs for his job. He is so tired that sometimes he forgets how important it is to have good arch support for his flat feet, good work socks, odor-reducing and foot health foot powder, good insoles, good work shoes, and walking shoes, and that he needs to make sure to change out the insoles at times for new ones which also can extend the life of his shoes and save him a world of foot pain. For the holidays, my sons and I decided on gifts based on needs rather than wants, so I am happy to ensure my sons and I get what we need most, not just for the holidays or celebrations.
