This RC car has a nice weight to it and feels pretty durable. It's fairly small at about 5 inches, but whether or not this is a bad thing depends on your intended purpose. The controls are very responsive and I didn't have any problems with them. The double sided design makes it very difficult for the car to get completely stuck, and it was able to drive over grass and leaves effectively. One thing to note is that you can't control the speed of this car, as the controller only clicks forward/backward, and left/right. Speaking of the controller, it does feel a little flimsy and light, but it functions well in spite of this. I also appreciate that the music is optional and can be turned off. ... show more

LOVE the multicolored lights and different options for sound. There’s music, sound effects, or you can put it on silent. This things moves, forward, back, side to side and spins. Seems pretty durable and moves FAST. Tons of fun!

I was not expecting much from this little rc car, but it's surprisingly awesome! The package includes the car, an impressive two batteries, charger for the batteries, the two controllers, and instructions. The car is well made and survived several hard hits when testing it out in my kitchen. The only damage was the front middle stunt wheel popped off when I hit a counter, but I found it and the pin and it went right back together. The clip on the batteries for connecting to the car and charging is a potential weak point, small fragile plastic pieces. Use a soft touch when plugging and unplugging as they could break easily. The instructions are the typical poorly translated gibberish, but it's all pretty self-explanatory. One thing to note, they specifically say not to use a fast charger, I suppose the higher voltage could damage the batteries. The handheld controller works great and is very intuitive. The wrist strap controller works but it's a bit finicky, takes some practice. The little car really moves and the design of the wheels makes for some fun multi-directional driving and spinning, I enjoyed playing around with it as much as my nephews. ... show more

I was looking for a fun gift for my 8 year old son. He loves cars and thought this would be a great choice. The way you control the car is so fun and le loves it. The battery lasts a long time which we were all excited about. Very fun toy!!

After charging batteries and placing triple and double A's into the 2 remotes, we discovered that this car will continue to turn off every few seconds. It is likely a loose wire inside or something similar. Tried both batteries and other identical batteries we have around. Not very well made.
